The story of how reggae icon Bob Marley overcame adversity to become the legendary musician we all know and love, and the journey behind his global hit album, Exodus. This is the second screening of London Breeze Film Festival’s Summer Breeze programme in support of Refugee Week and its theme of ‘Community as a Superpower’. With this screening we are marking an important anniversary. It is forty-five years in June since Bob Marley played his last UK concert. Join us for an evening of Bob Marley’s universally loved music and this remarkable biopic - the first to be made about the man whose music still inspires us to champion love, peace, resilience and community in a challenging world. Special Guests: The screening will be preceded by an exclusive pre-recorded interview with BAFTA and Oscar-winning music and sound editor John Warhurst (Bohemian Rhapsody) about his work on the film. And we are delighted to announce that actor, Stefan A. D Wade, who played Wailer percussionist, Seeco Patterson, will join us on stage after the film for a Q&A.
